How long does my order take?

Most orders ship within 5–7 business days because everything is made in-house with care.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Custom items are not returnable or exchangeable unless there is a damage, quality, wrong item, or production issue reported within 7 days of delivery.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not right now. Sand Shirts currently ships within the United States only.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. Tracking is included with every order.

Can I request a beach town that is not listed?

Yes. Use the MAKE IT YOUR OWN feature on the designs page after picking a town. You can change the design to your favorite beach town.
